Not just a Museum, a great meeting and conference venue in Somerset! Haynes International Motor Museum is 10 minutes from Yeovil and 40 minutes from Taunton, minutes from the A303 and easily accessible from the M5. With seven rooms split into two suies, for 10 to 300 delegates.
Merlin Suite - Offering our greatest capacity comprising of three impressive rooms.
Meadows Suite - Newly renovated and comprising of two rooms ideal for smaller delegate numbers including executive meetings in our impressive new boardroom.
Napier Private Dining Room - a new area within Café 750 ideal for car club meets, group lunches and conference break-out room.
Maybach Boardroom - Offering the ultimate surrounding for executive meeting.
Millennium Hall - Situated in the heart of the museum and adjacent to the Merlin Suite, offers significant extra space for larger events.
In House Catering
Our in house catering team provide delicious food and refreshments for any scale or budget, with the flexibility of tailoring a menu to your individual requirements.
We provide a range of activities for staff: reward days; team building days; or as part of corporate hospitality package.
Outdoor Show Site
If your event requires outdoor space we have a maximum of 55 acres; perfect for corporate marquees, car club rallies and outdoor fayres.
Test Circuit Hire
Hire the museum's own test track, ideal for individual testing or used with other outdoor areas for larger events.
