Wheelchair and Pushchair access - The museum is fully accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

Car Parking - There are dedicated parking bays in the car park for wheelchair users. The museum has ample parking space including overflow parking for larger vehicles (e.g. coaches and motorhomes - please follow the overflow parking signs).
Toilets - There are accessible toilets within the main foyer and in the museum.
Baby changing facilities - There are unisex baby changing facilities located in the toilets within the main foyer and in the museum toilets.
First Aid - If you require first aid please ask a member of staff or go to reception at the museum entrance.
Guide dogs - We welcome guide dogs. There are grass areas outside for them; a member of staff will assist you if you require water.
Dogs - Unfortunately we do not allow dogs (other than guide dogs) into the museum and we do not currently have a covered parking area. If a dog is in clear distress and the owner cannot be located measures will be taken to ensure the dog's wellbeing.
