WHY IS THERE A £5 FEE FOR PRE-BOOKING?
As you can imagine the Museum has had a pretty tough time over the last year with long periods of enforced closure. We were committed to improving the Haynes Breakfast Club facilities and so we went ahead with our planned expansion of the car park during 2020 so that we were ready to go when lockdown restrictions were eased. We’ve also had to implement lots of COVID related changes including the provision of online ticketing. A £5 per vehicle entry fee has been introduced to help cover some of the costs of the huge investment we have made. We appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back. WHAT IS HAYNES BREAKFAST CLUB?
Started in January 2015, Haynes Breakfast Club runs on the first and second Sunday of each month at Haynes International Motor Museum and brings together like-minded motorcar enthusiasts to meet and share their automotive passion and enjoy breakfast.
The car meet is split into a 'Future Classics' meet (post 1980 cars) on the 1st Sunday of the month and 'Vintage and Classics' meet (pre 1980) on the 2nd Sunday of the month. Bikers are also welcome to join both events.
WHEN IS THE NEXT BIKERS’ RIDE IN?
Our exclusive Bikers’ Ride in events (previously run on the 3rd Sunday of each month) are now on Saturday 10th July and Saturday 11th September. Bikers are always welcome to join Breakfast Club events on the 1st and 2nd Sundays of the month according to the age of your motorcycle.
HAVE THERE BEEN ANY CHANGES TO THE EVENT?

CAN I TURN UP? DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK?
To ensure we can run these events safely, Haynes Breakfast Club visitors must pre-book a space for their car at £5 per vehicle. One pre-booked entry to a Haynes Breakfast Club event is valid for one car and driver to join the event. There is no additional charge for passengers within the registered car. Please bring your booking confirmation with you to show on the day as you will not be able to access the event without this. No additional tickets will be made available on the gate. HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN I BRING WITH ME?
There is no additional charge for passengers within the registered car however due to Covid 19 restrictions there is a temporary limit of two adults per car. Adults must be part of the same household. This limit is subject to change depending on Government Guidelines.
Can I visit Haynes Breakfast Club as a spectator?
No, Haynes Breakfast Club events are ‘participant only’ events. We are not currently able to allow access to spectators to look at the cars on display. With event attendance restricted onsite to adhere to Government Guidelines we want to ensure the maximum amount of beautiful cars on display. The event would have to be made smaller at present if we were to allow spectators. This may change once Government Guidelines allow, but at present please do book a ticket as a participant.
I have a Museum ticket; can I visit Haynes Breakfast Club as part of my visit?
No. Please be advised that on the 1st and 2nd Sundays of the month, the Haynes Breakfast Club events will be taking place in the Museum’s car park. There will be no access to Museum only visitors prior to 9:30am on these dates . These events are ‘participant only’ events. There will be no access to Haynes Breakfast Club without a pre-booked ‘participant’ ticket.
why are the police onsite?
The event is very much a family friendly event and the Museum actively invites the police to attend as part of our obligation to road safety in the community. They hope to be able to be more involved in the events going forward as part of teaching road safety to families.
will there be a full breakfast when the event restarts?
Not at this time. To comply with COVID 19 guidelines at our initial events coming out of lockdown we will be offering a delicious range of breakfast baps, pastries, teas, coffees and refereshments served outside.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS UNABLE TO RUN DUE TO COVID 19?
The Haynes Breakfast Club team are working alongside the local council and health authorities to run a safe event. If any Haynes Breakfast Club event is unable to take place due to updated government guidance, we will guarantee that you can transfer your ticket to the next available date or receive a full refund. WHAT TIME DOES HAYNES BREAKFAST CLUB START?
Haynes Breakfast Club runs on the 1st and 2nd Sunday of every month unless stated otherwise. Gates open at 8am, Outside food service and Café 750 open from 8am. Event ends approximately midday.
Can I turn up before 8am?
We advise against arriving earlier than 8am on the day of the event. There will be no access to the event or facilities prior to 8am, we have plenty of space onsite for your car and you will be directed where to park.
iS THIS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT?
All of our Breakfast Clubs are open to families. Children won't count towards the temporary limit of 2 adults per car.
Can i pay with cash?
Not at this time. We are currently only accepting card payments.
